The nonlinear properties of lattice network-based(LNB) composite right-/left-handed transmission lines(CRLH TLs)with nonlinear capacitors are experimentally investigated.Harmonic generation,subharmonic generation,and parametric excitation are clearly observed in an unbalanced LNB CRLH TL separately.While the balanced design of the novel nonlinear TL shows that the subharmonic generation and parametric processes can be suppressed,and almost the same power level of the higher harmonics can be achieved over a wide bandwidth range,which are difficult to find in conventional CRLH TLs.  相似文献

提出一种基于夹层结构的偏振无关1×2定向耦合型解复用器,用于分离1310 nm和1550 nm两个波长.通过合理选择夹层结构芯区的折射率及波导间隙,可以调节同一波长两个正交偏振模的耦合长度相等,实现偏振无关;通过合理选择夹层结构波导宽度,可以使两个波长分别从不同输出波导端口输出,实现解复用功能.运用三维有限时域差分法进行建模仿真,对结构参数进行优化,并对器件性能进行了分析.结果表明:该器件定向耦合波导的长度为23μm,插入损耗低至0.1 dB,输出波导间的串扰低至–26.23 dB,3 dB带宽可达290 nm和200 nm.另外,本文提出的器件采用Si3N4/SiO2平台,可有效减小波导尺寸,提高集成度,不仅实现了偏振无关,而且结构紧凑、损耗低,在未来的集成光路中具有潜在的应用价值.  相似文献

Cyano-bridged molecule-based magnetic materials with reduced dimensionality, such as single-molecule magnets (SMMs) and single-chain magnets (SCMs), have attracted great research interest during the last decade. Among the cyano-based molecular precursors with ample coordinating capability, we note the ability of the tricyanometalate to link various metal ions lead to a wide diversity of structural architectures ranging from discrete polynuclear complexes to various one-dimensional (1D) assemblies. Some of them are promising cyano-bridged SMMs and SCMs. The use of capping tridentate organic ligands results in a number of clusters containing di-, tri-, tetra-, penta-, hexa-, octa-, fourteen-nuclear and various 1D metal-cyanide molecular architectures. Here we review the structural topologies of these complexes and their related magnetic properties, highlight typical examples, and point out the main possible directions that remain to be developed in this field. From the crystal engineering point of view, the compounds reviewed here should provide useful information for further design and investigation on this elusive class of cyano-bridged SMMs and SCMs.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with a class of the generalized non-autonomous Nicholson’s blowflies model with time-varying coefficients and delays which is defined on the nonnegative function space. Under proper conditions, we employ a novel proof to establish some criteria to ensure that all solutions of this model converge to an equilibrium. It is well-known that the variations of Goos–Hänchen shifts (GHSs) are closely associated with the energy flux provided by evanescent states in the case of total internal reflection. However, when the frustrated total internal reflection (FTIR) is realized with double-prism system operated in the microwave frequency, we observe that the GHSs for the reflected beam show periodic, resembling the phenomenon for transmitted beams reported in the literatures, versus either the operating frequency or the air layer thickness, which is different from the variation of the corresponding reflected energy. Moreover, in another FTIR based system fabricated by a composite absorptive material slab with a two-dimensional top layer of frequency selective surface (FSS), the GHSs for reflected beam are discovered as not only resonant but also negative with the incidence of transverse electric that is TE polarized, just as predicted theoretically in the literatures.  相似文献

The oscillation property of a gas-vapor cavity near a solid boundary is investigated by a sensitive fiber-optic sensor based on optical beam deflection principle when a high-intensity laser pulse is focused on an aluminum surface in water. The temporal and spatial evolutions of the bubble wall during the expansion and collapse are traced according to sequence waveforms induced by the bubble motion. Both the maximum and minimum bubble radii at each oscillating cycle are determined by experiment. Further, in combination with the spherical bubble theory, the variation of the gas content remaining in the cavity during each pulsation is estimated by the method of fitting curve. The results show that about half of the gas content is dissolved into the surrounding water during the whole process. The less gas content in the cavity makes the bubble contract more violently. The corresponding minimum radius and the collapsing duration become smaller and shorter.  相似文献

The interaction of an oblique deflagration wave and an oblique shock wave for two-dimensional steady adiabatic combustion system is analyzed. Using the shock wave polar and combustion wave polar, we exhibit the construction of the solutions. It is found that the deflagration remains if the shock is weak. However, the shock transforms the deflagration into a detonation(DDT) if it is strong or stops the deflagration if it is proper.  相似文献

Dark currents n+/ν/p+ Hg0.69Cd0.31Te mid wave infrared photodiodes were measured at room temperature. The diodes exhibited negative differential resistance at room-temperature, but with increasing leakage currents as a function of reverse bias. The current–voltage characteristics were simulated and fitted by incorporating trap assisted tunneling via traps and Shockley–Read–Hall generation recombination process due to dislocations in the carrier transport equations. The thermal suppression of carriers was simulated by taking energy level of trap (Et), trap density (Nt) and the doping concentrations of n+ and ν regions as fitting parameters. Values of Et and Nt were 0.78Eg and ~6–9 × 1014 cm?3 respectively for most of the diodes. Variable temperature current voltage measurements on variable area diode array (VADA) structures confirmed the fact that variation in zero bias resistance area product (R0A) is related to gr processes originating from variation in concentration and kind of defects that intersect a junction area.  相似文献
